Definitely a spot worth trying, the food is awesome and fresh, the cost is fair and it is constantly clean here. 5 stars.

After my recent 1st visit here I found the food to be delicious and fresh. Great options available for ingredients to your tacos, burritos or bowl. My biggest complaint was price. There were a lot of "up charges" for various things like avocado and queso. I got water with my bowl and somehow paid almost $12.

Depends on which location you visit...its $2.05 for guacamole and the portiona vary big time. Small pprtion at this location.

This chipotle is great unless you’re ordering a large group order for pick up. They almost always forget a meal and rush you out of the building before you can check your bag. Very disappointing because the food is great. I learned that the person who rushed me out of the building was a manager, which is also very disappointing. If you’re going by yourself I totally recommend but would advise large groups to check their bags

Went in to Chipotle to order my food. Because the website was down. Told them that I wanted free queso because the website was down and they were doing the deal online. The person I talked to told me they don't honor deals online. I wasn't going to go in because the Covid. But was forced to go. Then they charge me for queso. I asked them to give me a refund they took 10 minutes to figure out how to give a refund. Wasnt really customer service focus at this location

The food is pretty good. The service is also pretty good. When there is a line it tends to move pretty fast. The only things I don't like about this place are the portion sizes and how some stuff costs. I can get a larger portion of food with extra that don't cost at a competitor. It's not a bad place to eat though.

I was there around 4:45pm yesterday & the manager was very unprofessional toward her own worker. She definately made a scene. I think her name is LC.

The manager today was very rude and aggressive he began to throw my food in the bowel. Cheese was mixed in with the avocado and I don't do dairy so he threw a tempur tantrum like a child. The beans were dry and old I am not pleased with this at all, and the lettuce was browning. This was my second and last visit to chipotle, hopefully the manager see's this. I will definitely be contacting the regional manager.

I was just in there and could very audibly hear (she was creating a scene) the manager blatantly disrespecting one of their employees. How can you be the leader of an establishment with a negative attitude towards any of your team members? That was the last time I'll come near this store.

The burritos were delicious. They made them exactly like I wanted. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Today must have been an off day...they weren't that busy but the staff was tripping over themselves to fix the food, but no one was listening to the orders etc. It was very annoying. Usually they are better than that, but I was disappointed this time, as was my daughter who was ordering before I arrived separately.

Not GOOD would not fix MORE steak EVEN though I was willing to wait not a GOOD experience the food that I did get was 11.00 FOR a burrito and unfortunately it wasn't that good no one attempted to make it right I was there about 8 in the evening don't understand why couldn't get to service maybe better next time hope you'll be able to do better than I did

They get the cheese to meat ratio just right if you like chipotle this idea quality one.

I spent $33 on my order and the steak was horrible. It had so much salt you couldnt even eat it. & I paid for the extra portion. What a waste of money and disappointment. I know we want to support them but dont get slopy when you're preparing the food.

I've been coming here for meal prep once a week for the past few months and the staff/management have been outstanding. Using Chipotle for my weakly meal preparations has saved me time and money. Not to mention, it tastes great. I highly recommend the Avon restaurant to any healthy conscious individual or to anyone in general looking for a good meal. The staff take their time and put passion into making your meal. If I could give more stars I would.P.S: Special thanks to the manager Elijah for all the help and support.

So I’m a a Vikings fan and I was wearing my jersey there. And this lady said Vikings come on. She liked the Green Bay trash cans. So we talked about the teams. Which was nice. So basically great staff. And service. And that’s me not talking about the great food. 6/5

The drinking fountain is horribly moldy and they DO NOT CARE. Definitely not safe and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going there, especially with kids

For those new to the concept of Chipotle, you pick the parts of your burrito and whether you want to call it a burrito, bowl, quesadilla, or other thing. They assemble it for you and then you go eat it in peace.

Walked over 2 miles one way with the dog to eat there. They have outside dining there. The food is good, enjoyed the time with Debbie, walked back to the pick up. Ordered two of the Bowls, they are good, we should have split one. Got over 5 miles of walking in. We are looking for more places we can take the dog with us and sit outside and eat.

great healthy option in the area. i like the points system and if you're on a diet, chipotle has a really great online nutrition calculator where you can see all the macros for your entree!

We stopped in for dinner last night, we ordered steak burritos and they barely put any meat and slopped everything on there. We were very disappointed and we were disgusted half way eating it. No bueno.

Today, 11/27/2019 at around 4:40pm, at the AVON CHIPOTLE the manager, named LC was being very unprofessional and loud, all the while complaining about one of her female workers. Everyone could hear her ranting and raving. It was very uncomfortable for us eating & degrading for that poor young girl.

There is a terrible smell coming from the mens restroom and I have said something to management before and nothing has seem to be done . The food is great but the service is terrible I always have to wait for someone to assist me after waiting multiple minutes as I watch everyone carry on with whatever and ignore my presence.

Came in today and received bad service, from two women working there couldn't hear them they kept rolling their eyes on me and lowering their voices even more. They charged me for extras when they didn't even add extra to be charged with. And they put a teaspoon for everything for two plates came out with 25 dollars wasn't even full.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The store always looks clean.

Me and my wife came in when they first opened on a Sunday moring. They had not quite got all the food out a d still was cutting the steak that had been made fresh that morning. It took them 10 seconds to get the steak to us and they still comped our meals. I was more then will to pay for the food knowing just how fresh the food was. Will definitely be returning for the customer service alone. The food tastes amazing

Texmex burrito carne asada is really good. The salsas were ok but did not add any good flavor to the burrito.
